On the phone with stealership now, tech thinks it sounds like fuel system, and there is a related sensor attached to the exhaust, though he doesn't think snow could have caused a problem except with a wiring harness.
Had a headlight go out, bought a new one, tried to take the old one out, and it broke off flush with the housing. Pheck. I hate plastic.
Friend is mad because we put slices of cheese on his exhaust and now the inside of his car smells like a burnt grilled cheese sandwich.
Seeing a recent video about some of the most difficult-to-drive cars ever, and seeing the Porsche 930 Turbo featured in it, has actually made me want one a lot more. I wonder what that says about me.
Only issue when I watched one park in Asda in Northampton was that it was a tad long so had to have 2 spaces infront of each other. It even fit width wise
If you have the money by all means. I've driven a few including an interesting slant nose clone and they are very quirky. The 4 speed isn't great and don't plan on making anything resembling boost until 4k rpm, but the feeling you get when it hits is unique to an old 911 turbo for sure. They squat down nicely so they are only really dangerous when you let that boost sneak up on you in the middle of a turn. They look fantastic. Edit: speaking of porsches, check out the 924s. My personal favorite car maybe.
Exploders are cool? Ok, there is one "slighlty" neat Explorer, and that would be the 302 ones, but they still messed it up by giving it full time 4wd, and ruining the mileage.
Nearly every amercian suv truck or muscle car is cool at least in my opinion wspaciqlly here in europe where you annoy greenpeace and so with them
Wikipedia says the second generation Explorer was sold in the UK, as well as other right-hand drive markets. God knows why anyone over there would buy one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Explorer#UK_models
I got rammed off the road in a hit and run today. Car is a write off and is going to be trailered to a scrap yard.
