Bhorton Skin Pack 2.2

Just a small update, adding the lightbar sequencing I was working on. (Sorry for the lack of progress recently, life got in the way - expect more updates over the summer!)

This small update gives the mod 0.9.0 compatibility, using the new lightbar system. (A much larger update will happen soon)

This update enables most of the skins in the pack to use the 0.8 skin system. Also included is a Police skin for the Bolide.
Sorry for the delay in getting this one out, personal things got in the way. Also, more skins are being worked on.

This update removes some redundant duplicated files which I forgot to delete.

I recently noticed that this mod hit 1,000 downloads. So I thought we should celebrate with the mods biggest update yet - the Police update. This update improves all of the existing skins, and adds 8 new ones.

This update adds two skins for the Ibishu Pigeon, a Street Cleaning one, and a Parking Enforcement one.

This update adds a South East Coast Ambulance, from the UK, with lots of details.
