3/13/16; Version 11 | Normalization, More Decal Roads, new road textures!

So much time was put into this update funnily to not really add anything to the map . Most of the mesh roads are gone. The one's left have safeguards to help you stay on the road or exist as structures. See the timelapse video for a good idea of what went down.
