When a unmarked Grand Marshal just isn't enough.

    Since the Roamer doesn't have any official unmarked police variant, I took it upon myself to create one... with a twist.

    I like it, first of all because it's super laggy to edit configs on cars for me, and I thought the roamer needed an unmarked version.
