It must be a North American plate or any plate with a ratio of 2:1. In other words, the length of it must be approximately twice as much as its height, or it will either look stretched or squished on your car. The L4NDM4RK plate for North Carolina says "L4NDM4K" on it. It is also very, very blurry. I think something like this would work a little better for you.
Idea for the most typical possible Hawaii plate, one that says ALOHA on it. Also I would recommend using Photoshop or Paint.NET to make these plates. I made a quick 2 minute tutorial with the North Carolina plate.
An Ohio plate would be cool. It doesn't matter what it says though unless someone else wants it to say something.
I would personally prefer minimal pop culture references if possible, they take me out of the experience.
I am working on these suggestions. All suggestions above this post and some more plates will come out in the next release.
Eventually this pack will have one from each state, but since those states are being requested I am doing those first.
