I am thinking of selling my laptop because I want to downsize to a little smaller one but have be just as powerful and I am wondering what i could get for it.
It is the Toshiba Qosmio X70 ABT2G22
    Specs:
    i7 4700MQ (2.4-3.4) (Stock)
    Nvidia GTX 770M 3GB (Stock)
12 GB of 1600MHZ Ram (Upgraded from 4)
120GB SanDisk SSD (Upgrade from original 1TB)
1TB SSHD Segate (Just Added in second HHD spot)
    DVD-CD Writer (Original/stock)
    4x USB 3.0
    VGA / HDMI ports
    Ethernet Port
    Harmon/Kardon speakers 4 speakers
    SD card reader
    1920x1080 Glossy display (Stock)
    Windows 8 (Stock)

The only thing that really wrong with it is that the Red basil has started to chip off and one corner of the plastic strip is broken but i have the piece still.

I have changed the stock CPU paste for after market Arctic Silver for better cooling.

--Never been overclocked because it is a laptop--

I am not selling yet I am just wanting to know what I could get for it.

    Thanks

    Ryan

Well it depends where you are selling it from. If you are American then I would recon that would get around $800-$1000, maybe more. If you are, like me, in the UK then you are lucky. Tech prices are very high compared to what is in America and pretty much the rest of the world except for some other places in Europe. You can buy a second hand Jaguar for the same price as a used gaming laptop:

Nice Jaguar XJ6 from eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/jaguar-xj...699?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3aa889e5bb

    Gaming laptop from eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toshiba-Q...800?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4d307238c8

That was a little off topic about how we have it so bad here in the UK but oh well. That laptop should get a decent amount of money wherever you live though, it has good-great specs and from the sounds of it, is in reasonable condition.

Should note that the jag is a non runner with no MOT or service history and therefore has an extremely low sale value. A runner will cost alot more, as would a car with full service history. MOT only tends to knock about £50-100 from price. From what I can find, there is another X300 which is a runner but in poorer physical condition with current bid of £500, however reserve has not been met, current bid on a perfect condition X300 is £1500 and reserve is still not met.

Seller claims reason for not firing on all cylinders to be old fuel. Total bullcrap. Bad fuel would cause it to run on no cylinders, not just some. Something else at fault there.

However I got a near perfect condition ford focus estate for £495. So you can definitely get a decent enough car for that kind of money.

    EDIT:
thats a better one. Still a bit tatty, but looks to be a runner.

I might of been in a rush when I found that, I've found one much better: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1996-JAGU...d=100009&rk=1&rkt=10&mehot=pp&sd=271850897239

It's cheaper and I think is a runner. Also, the Focuses are great little cars and I saw one of your pictures of it in a thread somewhere and it is very nice, especially for £500. Anyway, if you excuse me, my pizza needs to be going in the oven.
