Core2Quad Performance Issues?

    Ive been trying to get more than 15-20FPS on East Coast using the default pickup and ive determined that the game is only using 50 percent of my CPU at best. The GPU usage was also around 50 percent max. Hasnt the dev team done optimization work for older (but not quite legacy) Intel Processors THAT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS!? I should get at least 30FPS

    Anyways is there an ETA for a fix for this bug? i get short 60FPS bursts on east coast and ive seen it go up to 60FPS and stay on cliff before using that same vehicles so i know this is a bug

    EDIT: CPU is a Core2Quad Q8300 @ 2.5GHZ, which outperforms every I3 ive compared it too. RAM is 4GB GDDR5, GPU is a GTX 750TI 2GB over a PCI-E 1.1 Bus. BeamNG is loading of a SATA-1.0 HDD. But im SURE a CPU bug is the issue so lets focus on that :)

    CPU usage shouldn't really matter that much. My CPU usage rarely goes over 50% while playing BeamNG either, but I'm able to run maxed out in 1440p at 60 FPS because I have an i7-4960x. I'm not one to explain it in technical terms, but I'm almost certain it's not a bug like you're assuming it is. The FPS that you get is about right for your CPU, as this game is very reliant on your it. Requirements are generalizations and you shouldn't assume that you should get a certain amount of FPS based on your CPU.

    Actually that usage figure is perfectly normal. BeamNG runs 1 vehicle per core, you have 4 cores, 1 vehicle is therefore only going to occupy 25% max load at any 1 time....
