WIP Beta released 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.1

You seem to be fairly new so I will be nice about it. This mod is from 2013 it doesn't work anymore, also please don't reply to very old threads because it brings it to the top.

To fix the orbit camera, edit line 59 in DK_94_ZJ.jbeam

One thing though:

Distancemin should be 2.0, not 20 cause that keep the camera way up in the air.

Ive added the adjusted jbeam in question, creator of this awesome mod, please let me know if you want me to remove it.

 

Yes! I was trying to keep it SUPER simple, but you can change 3 lines and get it even better

"offset":{"x":0.3, "y":0, "z":0.5},

Will keep it from zooming out all weird when you crash. (make sure you edit offset again if change 'distance')

Which one did you download? If you downloaded the zip in the first post then that's normal. The mod is old and doesn't work in this version anymore.

I don't know why, but my camera on orbit is SUPER zoomed out and I can't zoom in any more. Is it supposed to be like that?

Literally anything that's not a rich text editor, like notepad....

 

i can't get it to work can you please help me i put it in the mods folder but it doesnt work i have many other mods that work but this one is not working

 

This mod is pretty old and is several game versions behind. Check the date it was last updated and you should be able to tell whether or not it works anymore.

 

How can you tell if it works??
