I love this mod! It's unique and I couldn't find anything else similar to it until now, so thank you!

 

I really wanted this to work, but when i moved the .zip to the mods folder, it never came up in the game

 

Have you even read the last few pages? Its 2 years old and doesn't work with the new version. Also, don't bump threads.

Just wondering why The orbit view is so far away and cant zoom in? Kinda kills this for me as chase view sucks

 

because the mod is unsupported/dead. if you are gonna use an old mod, you have to deal with the bugs that come with it. either 1)fix it yourself or b)use it as is.

also this is an updated verision, though i have no clue if it still works, but it shoudl be better than thisone

Much better, but still no luck on the orbit view. this is borderline on of my potential favs but unusable because views.
How would i go about fixing it??

 

alright. i did it for you, but ill explain here for everyone. Just drop it into mods. This is only tested on redbolides updated version found HERE. it has not been tested on the version in here.

so open up the main jbeam, in this case it is named DK_94_ZJ.jbeam. then find this section

then change the 20 in "distanceMin":20, to 10

i could only get it to zoom in this far, but still wayy better.

 

dude awesome, i went to min distance 5 and now is perfect!

 

The orbit camera is super far away...

For some reason whenever I download this mod the orbital camera is zoomed super far out and I can't fix it. Plz fix this.

also this mod is outdated and will most likely not work in this verison

as for the download, now that i have warned you, its just that zip attached in the first post

 

IS this not compatible with newer versions of the game?
