    Hello,

This is my first mod. As I found modding the Grand Marshall a bit diffiucult you have to OVERWRITE some original files which mean ORIGINAL engine will be REPLACED by the drift engine.
    -Added more powerful engine.
-Added faster steering, more steering lock.
Feel free to edit and tweak it. Just give me credit.

    USE MANUAL TRANSMISSION (Press "q")

I really like this mod, thanks for doing it! Although we need more "wall runs" to really test the damage

It seems like a great mod, I just dislike the fast steering, and a little less steer lock wouldn't hurt

Well faster steering helps you keep control of the car.
More lock does the same but yes, it is kinda glitchy.
If you want, I can make a version with slower steering and a bit less lock?

That would be awesome and if you want I would also like to help working on a better "setup"
I have been drifting in Live For Speed for around 4years now

i have a strange behaviour with this mod,
im using a xbox 360 pad and shift+b to toggle the steering thingy, the problem is the following,
every time i do a fast steering adjustment to the maximum right or left and very fast back to the middle, the wheels will be steering slightly to the opposite direction of the last steering input direction.
i checked if it was my gamepad sticks being wobbly in the very center but that is not the causing aspect as i can move them around without it would change anything.
if i do a normal steering action not to fast, it will fix this behaviour sometimes and the wheels are perfectly straight again so it does not seem to be caused by damage caused by fast steering.

Okay, send me PM and maybe we can edit this mod better.

As for the weird glitch I got to try out it myself - I am playing with xbox controller aswell.
Maybe version with less steering lock and bit slower steering will fix it. I will try soon.

Edit: Working on new transmission and trying to create a new front suspension for drifting.

Snapping front wheels? Do you use dynamic steering?
I tried out with and whitout dynamix steering. Never had a problem with Xbox controller.
Only thing that happend was that sometimes camber of front wheels changed into negative value

without dynamic steering i cant use that even for more than 50 meter without a front axle snaps and since 2 days now i cant even spawn the car anymore without both front axles getting snapped by the impact on the floor after falling from the standart spawn height of 1 meter or less. :(
