Xbox 360 Wireless controller/receiver not working

I am having the problem of actually using my controller in the game. The controller says it's on and I have tested it in other games but It is not working in this one. I can't use it in the menu and in the game, only the mouse works. If someone had some suggestions or a way to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, and I believe it is the first .imput.cs which really confuses me.

I can also post the log of it because I think there is something wrong with it.

I somehow fixed it. I pressed shift+t or something like that to clear up luas and my game froze. After that I launched it and it worked. Thank you for your time
