    *Updated to final version!*

I may add more to this map in the future, but for now this is my final version.

    New Features
    *Sea cave
    *Additional trail
*2 Difficult hill climb trails for off road D15
*added mud to level that you sink into
    *2 more streams

Make sure you remove the previous version before installing

    [OLD INFO]

*I have updated the map to version 1.5*

    New Features
*Dirt trail around entire island(The trail is split in two parts where you travel on the beach. There are big ruts in the road making it very difficult for cars with low ground clearance)
*added more pools of water and streams from the rain
*added some random small rocks around landscape

Make sure you remove the previous version before installing

    photo5.jpg photo6.jpg photo7.jpg

    [OLDER INFO]

This is my first map and first post! The map is a small island with a lighthouse in a storm. there is not much to do, but the terrain is detailed and looks nice and has custom rain and thunder. I plan to improve it based on suggestions from the community. The lighthouse, shack and windmill are from a free model pack from 3td studios. Please tell me if there are any errors!

    KNOWN ISSUES
    *Map is a memory hog
    * building collision is not aligned with lighthouse but works ok
    * lighthouse spotlight disappears when looking directly away from it(if anyone knows how to fix this please tell)
*large file size (haven't taken time to clear out extra files)

Great atmosphere and I love the way it looks, but it could definitely be MUCH bigger.

This map is awesome. I love the high res heightmap with all the detailed bumps. Try it in the rally Covet or off-road D15 :D

    Re: Oceanfront [Updated]

I haven't worked on this map in a while but have recently added some mud that you sink into. I plan for my next release to be my final version. But I have run out of ideas!!! So it would be great if everyone could tell me their ideas for stuff to add!:D Otherwise I will just release the map with mud added and the extra files removed to reduce file size.

The atmosphere created on this map is incredible! and as for the attention to detail WOW !! this map is incredible the roads with the rutt marks and all is just wow. My suggestion is mabey a cave ? also some streams running across some of the road would look amazing ! thanks

    Re: Oceanfront [Updated]

I don't think the ditches are quite big enough. It didn't swallow my whole vehicle :p

    screenshot_00009.png

No, they're actually about the perfect size for a place that gets that much rain. I really do love this map though. It takes a long time to load properly, but it is great fun. The only thing I could suggest is some extra smaller trails.

    Re: Oceanfront [Updated]

Thank you, it's great to hear how much you like it! I added a small stream with some mud that slows you down, I will try to make a cave but BeamNG doesn't support terrain holes making it much harder to make a realistic cave.

Thank you! Sadly I can't make the terrain much bigger unless I wanted to start all over again, but having it small allows me to have very detailed bumps on the ground.

Thanks, I am glad the ditches aren't too big, also I will see about adding a few small trails. The loading time is most likely because of the large size of the .Ter file (50MB) I think this has to do with how high poly the ground is to make the bumps. dry rock island, the biggest map, is only 12MB

Best looking map I've come across so far; terrain details look awesome, and driving with headlights on is just beautiful. Quite small but man, those trails, THOSE TRAILS ! They are just prefect ! Every other map offroad trails should be like these ones...

Bonus point for the grotto, you feel like you found the secret of the island.

Keep up the good work !
