I know the "front tires disappear in sand"-bug is already known, but what about this one?

If you do a reverse burnout and 270 with the Covet Turbo the front axle, steering shaft or at least one suspension on the front will break.
I don't know if it is designed to be one cheap ass car, but either way this should probably not happen. I know a Ford Focus can do this infinitely.

Re: Covert Turbo U Turn beaking axle

Maybe it's part of the "Cheap and unsafe Japanese hatchback".

All the once concerning the front tires of the Ibishu Covet? Out of pure curiosity, may I ask what was wrong on a technical standpoint?

    Good job with the fix!

The gyroscopic weight of the wheels was too far outwards (tire tread too heavy) causing tons of problems - too high rolling resistance, too much gyroscopic forces (wheels shaking under power), and reducing the tread weight even helped with the corner response.

Thank you for that explanation. It's awesome to have some insight on what was wrong and what it took to fix it.

Was this a problem with all of the cars, or just the Covet?

Yes, all of the cars had the same gyroscopic tire weight problem. The handling is a lot better now.
