1. There are so many possible ideas you could do with the Torqued 3d engine essentially, for example why not have amazing/ Realistic Ragdolls! Make them extremely fun ragdoll physics like Gta 4! I literally could jump out/off helicopters and street-bikes all day! 2. Why not have Street-Bikes/Dirt-Bikes? I know that people love having a diverse selection of vehicles! It would be amazing if there was motoGP racing with ridiculously fast superbikes aswell as the Isle of man tt! I use to play MX-Simulator and BeamNG reminds me of the game except the physics are just 10x more profound than MxSimulator, they both have the same kind of concept where customers have the option to change bike skins and add their own maps. BeamNG could easily surpass mxsimulator any-day though. 3. What about Helicopter/ Air-Planes? I know so far its only cars/props, which are extremely time-consuming to create and develop a car that is essentially fully destructible. But I have yet to see any game develop a helicopter/air-plane that when you crash it actually falls apart into pieces rather than blows up unrealistically. It would also be awesome chasing a race with an helicopters view in multiplayer! Also flying over vast maps in airplanes or something a long those lines. Isle of Man TT Insane crash
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) It's been discussed, and will not happen. The licence to use the ragdoll physics tech in GTA IV costs more than the US defense budget. I can guarantee that bikes have already been discussed, and will be added at a later time. Recall that Drive is still in an embryonic stage of development. This has already been discussed. Moral of the story? Use the search function.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) Talk about buzz-kill !! I didn't say the exact gta4 ragdoll engine, something similar and more realistic. Who cares that its been discussed already, if you bring it up enough it will eventually get in the game. Also If you knew anything about marketing developers want to make their customers happy, if they didn't they wouldn't have this section!!! And I'm obliviously not talking about anything forthcoming, i am simply stating good ideas that would make consumers happy and increase product sales in the future.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) From the posting rules When you post: Remember to search before you post, it can be tiresome to answer the same question over and over. Check our FAQ. The Mods and Admins don't like it, because it wastes cyberspace And also, it is a simulator, so they will not add in things just to make some customers happy, they will add in things that will make the simulator more accurate.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) All of that can be done in the already existing Threads, in which all of your ideas have been discussed already, including : bumping, supporting or contributing further thoughts or suggestions to the topic/idea(s). So creating further new threads about the same ideas remains useless.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) so you say this licence would cost $1.030–$1.415 trillion dollars ? (us defence buget 2012 acording to wikipedia) ...i highly doubt that.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) Don't bump topics unless you genuinely have something useful to contribute. Pay more attention in English and figure out the convoluted language techniques that are hyperbole and sarcasm. Tl;dr don't be stupid.
Re: Amazing Ideas? (Ragdolls/Street Bikes/ Air-Craft) Im sorry for being unable to "read" out what´s supposed to be sarcasm. Let me try: reminding me of missing two letters and calling me stupid for it, seems very useful and contributive...
