(People from RoR may recognize this. It is the same car but I'm making another version)

    Hello everyone.
This is my first vehicle in BeamNG.
As the title says, I am building a 2012 Subaru Forester. It is an All Wheel Drive off road SUV that actually CAN go off road. It has a horizontally opposed engine (Boxer engine) so it has a low center of gravity. Based on the Impreza platform, the Forester has good handling and high ground clearance for normal offroading to make a practical vehicle for every-day use.

Here is a photo of my mesh in Blender.

The mesh isn't finished yet, but it soon will be.
Here’s a photo of the real thing.

I know this isn’t the best mesh and body in the world but it’s my first build, so bear with me.
    Suggestions are encouraged!

The exterior shell has been separated and smoothed. Now I have to work on the frame and the interior. To be honest, it looks a bit crap.

    Any suggestions?

    Parts left for the shell:
    Roof rack
    Rear spoiler
    Front fog lamps
    Door Handles
    Side Mirrors
    Hood for turbo model
    STi bumpers for tS Forester
    STi under-spoiler for tS Forester

You're doing pretty well. It might need a little bit more detail though. It looks pretty low poly

Whoa whoa whoa. That's way too many polys for one small area like that...
The polys should be more spread out and less varying in size. Take a look at the default game cars to see a good example.

Take a look at the wireframe of this car. Notice how the polies are about the same size and evenly distributed.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I bought a new laptop and was testing it lately.
I added a lot more detail on the front.
