Recently I noticed that the Moonhawk's Sport wheels and Slotted Mags will oscillate and shudder violently while braking hard.
The wheels appear to be bouncing up and down as well as turning side to side. The front wheels at times splay out and turn a little bit in opposite directions. While the steering allows the front wheels to move more, the rear wheels also exhibit the same bouncing/turning vibration. The movement is strong enough to shake the whole car and the rear wheels are flexing on the axle in ways they shouldn't be allowed to and usually leave an wavy skidmark. When the rear wheels are spinning under hard acceleration, a similar vibration occurs with similar wavy skidmarks.

There is little observable difference between using the normal shocks and springs as opposed to the heavy duty ones, and both the Sport and Slotted Mag wheels are equally affected, so I'm suspecting the problem lies with the wheels. Once the car has stopped or I let off the brakes, nothing appears broken. After several tries I have not seen anything like it happen with the regular steel wheels, both with braking and spinning.

I've modified other vehicles a bit but I haven't touched the Moonhawk wheel files before. I know the Moonhawk had shaking issues before that appear to have been fixed but this seems new and I haven't seen any posts about something like this yet.

Does this happen to anybody else?

Yes, this is a known problem, and is part of why the Moonhawk release was delayed. The suspension arms are as stiff as I can make them. There's some funky resonance going on with the tires/suspension/frame that makes it all go nuts, especially if the tires are grippy.

I thought so. Thanks for the quick reply :)
The odd part is that I've driven the Moonhawk a decent amount before and hadn't seen the resonance at all until a couple days ago. Regardless, it's interesting to see how each part of the car reacts in slow motion, especially the front seats and the mirrors.
