Disable dust and skidmarks?

Anyway to disable these? when im doing some crazy skids on dirt or pavement the particle effects seem to really "tax" my computer. I have a decent system but these particles cause me to go from 60fps to 40fps back and forth and its annoying. Thanks!

P.S. all of my settings are on normal and the post fx is disabled. Im running a intel 3570k and gtx 770

omg dude, thank you so much. i play on a toaster, and those pics showed me how to remove foliage (foliage kills my fps) so now i can acutally play on any map
