anyone else having this error?

my updater is giving me a fatal error,coud anyone help me with it? i really want to play the new update thing



ive posted it on several threads now,not much good responses,i decided to make a thread about it,is anyone having the same problem??

I have this problem, I contacted support and they say it is a server problem, but the fact that even this morning the download does not work, it makes me think that the problem is different.

Apparently it downloads perfectly now. I am currently seeding.
I was playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 when I downloaded it for the first time, and the downloader window was hidden. I suggest watching the downloader window for the whole download.

Forgot to add one thing. Extract the downloader to the desktop before starting it. Now I think that this may be the main cause of the error.

 

There was already a thread for this error. Check update.log, probably something about server not making an appropriate response in the correct timeframe, ie your internet is so god damn slow combined with the server being so heavily overloaded that it cannot connect.

 

I had this problem too, i redownloaded the updater and tried again a couple of times and it worked for me

 

i tried it 5more times (keyboard is broken) and every SINGLE FUCKING TIME IT KEEPS SENDING ME AN ERROR REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i then got angry andbroke my keyboard accidentally
ithink i need to get a new computer machine,this one cant run BNG!

I got the same message. Study the last lines of update.log to find out more.
For me, the problem was that CrashSender1402.exe seemed very appealing to my malware protection. http://www.beamng.com/threads/8622-CrashSender1402-exe-alarms-malware-detectors

 

Dude, no offense but you need some anger management considering I have told you the problem already...

 

Open the file with Internet Explorer, then before you open the file, drag it on to your desktop the desktop and open it. It worked for me!!
