    The Pageup and Pagedown buttons, they are usually above the arrow keys.

    The devs are making one already. It was teased a while back but it had bugs they were not able to fix. Haven't heard anything about it since.

    Maybe you can create a car dyno! You seem like a person who knows what he's doing. It could be like a spike strip (different prop). You drive onto it. There are two "pipes", (You can lock them with 'P' or something like that), when your ready on lock them and floor it. It wouldn't say how fast you go but you'd stay in the same spot.
