Get some normal and spec on that sucker. I used the in-game "asphalt_01_a_n.dds" to enhance the look of the stucco on my east coast house. You have to write it into the materials file. But it's worth the effort, so far I've altered a few hundred CS files and converted most of my game used textures to .tga files. Keep in mind that the texture size you use in sketchup will dictate the size of the normal and spec maps you apply in the game. If your textures are 512 x512 make them 10' x10' in sketchup so when you assign something like "concrete_bridge_01a_n" from east coast to your bridge it should look ok. Experiment with the texture sizes to get the look you want.
How did I not notice this before!? Something on the Grand Marshal's instrument cluster (trip meter?) reads "7331"... Reverse it... "1337"!
