Now that is awesome. Creative, well-made, and those crashes actually looked realistic! I've always wanted to do something like that, but the work involved was too much. That must have been an absolute pain to set up and record. Great job, I'm subscribed. Can't wait to see more!
Wow that was amazing! That is why I can't wait until better crash sounds are implemented into the game
Thank you , yep it was pretty hard and took quite long. Thanks! ;D, this kind of realistic crash sounds would be amazing ingame!
Like them Most of all those with real background sounds. What map did you use at 3:11 (if it's not private)?
I record in slow mo (8x), for better car control & no lags. My computer isn't the best ^^ CPU: AMD Phentom II X4 965 processor GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6700 series RAM: 16GB
Thanks for the info now I know just how powerful 8x slowmo rendering is... I cannot run many cars and my GPU is under utilized.. I actually need to build a new computer kinda badly as mine is unstable and annoying... Not to mention my GFX driver constantly crashing... sometimes you could play BeamNG for 24hrs other times for 20minutes.. Plus it's CPU is becoming outdated and I desire more graphics capabilities.. but I do not see $2000 in my near future /=
xD, hey, please don't post your videos here, this is my thread and i would like to post my content here, if you understand ;D, please make a new thread or just post your video into this thread: Random-Videos Then you have to go to work i guess...^^ I also have to build me a new computer, mine is also annyoing sometimes :S
Yeah being 17 and under the stigma of an infamous mental illness doesn't exactly make a job the easiest thing to obtain, oh my, isn't life just amazing... >.> I am socially awkward and I really hate it... so no matter what everyone will notice something off about me, unless of course they are blind and deaf or have failed IQ tests miserably.
Oh thats really bad :I, i'm sorry, i hope and believe you can do it anyway. I say you can have eveything, if you really want.
How does one obtain the cameras, do I have to make them myself, has someone made a mod for them or are they yours, if so do you plan to release it as a mod?
I just edit the jbeam files of the cars. Somewhere at the beginning there is a line that says: "camerasInternal" ........ ........ ........ //hood cam [0.0, -0.11, 1.27, 45, "f6r","f6l","f5r","f5l","p1r","p1l"], left/right, back/forward, up/down, FOV So you can move/edit the camera ingame. You have to try and test a little bit until it fits, because every single car is individually. I could do a mod, but the problem is after every update the files get also updated, or do think you could use the same edited file in all future versions? if it's only reset and not update the file it would work.
Okay, Okay I get ya... I jbeam pretty often... Cameras were the first major thing I learned how to do since when I was new to the game I always wanted a roof cam. I just wanted to know if you were releasing it as a mod or not/if it was by someone else.
Hey what FPS do you record at? It doesn't seem to matter as long as it above 8 or 16 I suppose, but I recorded at 60-40 and even 20 but it seems to work fine after editing and looks like Silky-Smooth 60FPS So as a result I just record @ 20-35FPS 8x slowmo with the game maxxed out @ 1080P and recording @ 1080P because it still seems completely fine. Oh and I use stock cubemaps as to not graphically favor one vehicle.
I think it doesn't matter as long as it above 8 fps. It makes no difference if you record at 8 or 30fps, at the end you render the video to 60fps and 8fps are enough (8x8=64, so )
