what are the bodies?

 

hey i seen this a long time ago but were can i find the needed files to create skins

 

This one is kinda tricky. Bakes/templates for most bodies are long lost.

Some of the original authors might be able to provide something though.

 

Is there an eta when beta testing is done?

 

I dont think so because he hasn't released the beta to the beta group yet.

 

oh i know he said that he was releasing it to them in a few hours and that was a few hours ago.

 

and as of this post, nothing. he's probably busy or asleep or both

 

He did send a copy of beta-rc3 to me a while ago. I am testing now and adjusting some things before we send to group for testing tomorrow morning.

 

So maybe ready later this week?

 

That's the plan.

I had planned a release for last Sunday, but then it was delayed for a number of reasons (the inclusion of more content designed by @acapaldi and some last-minute bug fixes being the main ones).

I thought I'd wait for @Fen to be unbanned while I was at it, and take the chance to run more tests and polish some more.

 

i have fen on discord and on steam so i can send him a copy of the monster truck so he can beta test it... if u need proof i can provide it if u want.

Fen is a contributor, it is only fair to allow him to join us for the launch of the mod.

Anyway, we've encountered problems with the test version. It was meant to be made available earlier today, but was delayed.

I need a few hours to fix some things, we'll see if we can bring it back on track.

 

ive been thinking about a built ford tough and i think i can convert the mesh to dae. but the problem is the jbeam, matereal, and the flags. jbeam is because every time i make a jbeam, it kills the mod, flags because the truck has two flags, three on special ocaions

 

Are you releasing it here or in the test group

 

I want to run some tests before release, but the test version isn't ready yet.

This is the best thing to ever happen to pc gaming IMO. I cant wait till Multiplayer is an option so we can really have some fun.

Also... I don't have time to go through 72 pages of stuff, but it seems the throttle no longer makes the trucks wiggle out of control anymore? And is the rear steer separate like in ROR?
