WIP Beta released ETK 800 Air Suspension

I completely reworked the code I was using, for this release I am just using a simple setup, not sure if I will keep it or not, LOL. Anyways,

Mod Includes

-Adjustable springs

-Reworked front fenders

Uses for suspension
-The suspension can be used to tow heavier things without bottoming out

-#StanceNation

Front Fenders (Separate file)
-Reworked the JBeam structure of the front fenders to allow greater clearance

-Removed some collision triangles from the inner fender to allow greater clearance

Suspension
-Added Hydros to Front and Rear with adjustable normal ride height and adjustable spring rate

-Added code to make it work

Known issues
I will try to improve the action as it is a bit jerky and can get stuck at the top and bottom of the travel
The airbags do move slowly so be patient

Controls are listed in-game with the control menu
