Why does the Manual Transmission have a torque converter effect with the more powerfull engines? (Checked the clutch torque of the engines and the clutch torque is more than strong enough to not cause clutch slip.)

Any confirmation (Preferably from the devs) is welcome

The game does not simulate torque converters at all, though if the clutch torque is set too high then the automatic modes do tend to artificially slip it at low revs which could be what you are describing as torque converter

I'm talking about Manual transmissions here. Manual transmissions are fully geared, but why does it have some kind of clutch slip? The clutch torque is higher than the engine torque. I'm only noticing this when going full throttle.

Yes I know, but throw the game in arcade auto and it does have issues with clutch torques that are set too high, it thinks the engine will stall and slips the clutch on purpose. Just how the game seems to work, yet shouldnt.

Well I also noticed that it does that in Manual mode. Without the clutch assistant. And it does this only with the ETK 800

    Alright.

I made a V8 engine for the ETK 800. (With model too) And it's pretty powerful. (Faster than the ETK 856ttsport+) It has about 500 Newton Meters of torque, clutch torque is about 550 NM. Which is high enough to prevent clutch slip. The transmission behaves normally, but when I'm driving 65KM/h in fourth gear, and go full throttle, it has a clutch slip effect. I don't know why but could it be some kind electronic function on the car?

Are you sure it's not some kind of mod or otherwise broken files? I have no issues here.

Well, the stock 3.0 with the turbo does have 460Nm. No issues here, so it must be an issue on your end.

it's not got a turbo by any chance as that would increase torque over what you've programmed
