wrong pack by him. Funny enough it's actually his trailer pack that everyone is talking about not the van mod. Also check this post: http://www.beamng.com/threads/0-7-0...-thread-read-1-post.31046/page-17#post-459518
If you press alt + O in the game, you'll have a direct link for your screenshot in your browser that you'll just have to copy and paste here without taking a photo. Also your photo is blurry and very tiny so i don't understand the issue at all. EDIT> seen your problem in the last attached image. The issue isn't on my 0.7 version, so you may have a mod disturbing the official Van files, as the rear lights are just the original textures:
This problem have been mentioned a lot but the problem funny enough is not from this pack. I've had this exact problem and solved it. What mod/s was the? I have no fricking idea. I know the @AR162B trailerpack, the ultimate mod are the problem. @NismoR35 claimed that the school bus mod might also be apart of the problem but I'm not sure. Not on my end but i might have an older version so i don't know. You might want to remove some older car mods and see if it solved anything.
Did you red what was answered to you above ? This is not the mod having an issue, it's coming from another mod. Ar162B just use the original lights of the official van.
Thanks to all for mentioning that there are some problem, I'll look into it. I doubt it's the van's fault, but I'll see.
For me the no texture glitch was caused by the JavieluchoMadMod, once I disabled that one, the van had it's textures back. The combination with this mod and the more variety mod (or whatever it's called) does not cause the no texture glitch for me. Although the van does catch fire for no reason now. I tested it on the empty grid map: didn't touch anything but the accelerator and it just catches fire every single time No other mods seem to be spontaniously combusting, just this mod. I hope my feedback helped you a bit, I really like this mod.
Well the Javielucho mod was one of the ones that did cause the issue yes but the mod got updated to fix it. Not sure what the "more variety mod" is. It might be the name for the Ultimate mod by @KOS. The one mods that adds working gps in some default cars and new interiors.
No that's not the one I meant, it's the BeamNG VarietyMod (I had to look it up). I don't even have the mod that you're refering to. And well, at least the no texture mystery is solved, thanks. But still, this mod causes the van to spontaniously combust, which is a bit odd. And I'm not the only one with the problem, one of the latest reviews on the mod page also says that the van catches fire.
SOLUTION TO THE BROKEN LIGHTS: Step 1. Move the 'mods' folder to the desktop (or wherever you want really) Step 2. Clear the cache & start the game. If the lights appear to be working with the mods folder removed, move onto step 3. Step 3. Move the 'mods' folder back into it's original place & delete 'db.json' Step 4. Have a good time.
Okay since people are still apparently having trouble.... 1. If any of you have @AR162B's trailer pack, delete it, because it contains textures for the container trailers, thus using the van's older materials/textures, since apparently the materials have been edited again since the latest update. 2. KOS's Ultimate Mod as several have stated. If you still want the working GPS in the other cars, delete the folder for the van, but I honestly haven't tried if this works yet. 3. The school bus, several say they haven't had an issue, but I did remember spawning both together caused issues in the Past, so I dunno if that problem still persists/ I haven't had time to check yet. I spent 2-3 hours going through all mods, the main issue seems to be outdated materials that conflict with the original ones, The Mad Mod, VarietyMod, and DJP's config pack shouldn't be doing this as well considering those mods have been updated fairly recently and I'd suggest checking if you have the latest version to make sure. Any other mod that any of you have that is based/derived from the van, check as well. Also follow what someone else said up above, clear cache.
Thread cleaned , this mod doesn't create bug ! Most of the time , the rear light bug is from this mod : http://www.beamng.com/resources/trailerpack.734/ witch is not updated yet and have the "Outdated" flag . Just de-activate the trailer pack that you have apparently installed , clean the cache should work
is it just me or is tere a headlight missing textures glitch thats same with the blinkers and the tail lights?
