Nothing wrong with an escort. Could be a morbidly obese boat with an anemic power output for its displacement.
Small cars with small power are tolerable as long as they aren't complete pieces of shit. Escorts are awful cars. Morbidly obese boats are also great for beating on. It's one of the main reasons I like crown vics. They're cheap and easy to repair if you somehow manage to break something. Crown vics aren't morbidly obese boats in my book, either. Refer to 70s America.
I was a Ford junkie at one point. I used to dis all GM vehicles because I thought them to be horribly built shitboxes (and they really still are). But when I got my GMC Sonoma, and found it to be actually pretty sturdily built, except for the valve cover, which cracked and is leaking oil everywhere (the piece of shit). I suppose it's human nature to dis a certain brand to another based upon preference and prestige.
Being confused by you making two completely contradictory statements in the same post has literally nothing to do with my continent of origin. But thanks for making another incredibly ignorant and xenophobic comment for me to laugh at.
Oh shit. I thought you were just snidely commenting on how I said crown vics aren't morbidly obese boats. I mean, crown vics are boats, but they aren't morbidly obese. I am sorry for misreading your post, sir. It won't happen again. Also, I'm no more xenophobic than you are. Because if it isn't German, it sucks, right?
If it sucks, it sucks. It doesn't have to be German to not suck, but they're better at it than most. I couldn't be a fan of the 2015 Mustang if I hated all things not German. Until it comes to actually having the engine move the car.
Not to accuse anyone of anything, but if you are basing how you think a Crown Vic drives IRL off of how a Grand Marshall drives in-game, then you could not be more wrong. The boatiness of the grand marshall is wayyyyyy exaggerated IMO. Seeing as how I own the exact car the grand marshall is based off, I know what I am talking about when I say this. To be honest the grand marquis I drive now handles better than my 86 camry 2.0 EFI did. I really don't even consider my car that much of a boat, considering audi a6 weighs about the same.
Nobody was comparing it to anything from a game. Potato said: "Morbidly obese boats are also great for beating on. It's one of the main reasons I like crown vics.", then in the same post said "Crown vics aren't morbidly obese boats". The first one heavily implies it is while the second instantly contradicts that. It was a brief stab at the fact that the post didn't make sense, there's nothing to make a fuss over here. It was almost one and done, even Potato said that he misread what I meant and that was that.
Shit, Sorry I did not even realize you were reffering to potato contradicting himself lol. I feel dumb now. I Shoulda read the post more thoroughly.
I'm thinking now that it's the way I worded it or quoted his post considering it's happened twice now.
I've decided what my dream car is: A 1969 Holden HK Monaro with a 1972 Holden HQ wagon tailgate & a 2004 Holden VZ Monaro interior. (The VZ Monaro interior fits & has been done to one before & I saw a photoshopped one with the HQ tailgate & love it.) And yes Sam, I will have one in Manual.
Found out some shit about my car. These were in the passenger's side, cheapo Walmart Kenwood KFC-series speakers. 30W, then 70W RMS. The back 6x8s were screwed into the cover itself with insanely long screws. It should be about 1/4 inch stock, and these are leaning toward 3/4. The front 5.25 was very weathered, especially nearer the magnet and voice coil/spider. That's the general nothingness where the back speakers were behind the rear seat. Front door shot.
So... This... This is the first car in a long time that has legitimately made me feel like a 5 year old. http://www.autoblog.com/2015/03/30/lincoln-continental-concept-new-york-official-photos-videos/
this thing is sweet looking. i usaully dont get to excited about new cars, let alone look foward to some of them being made. but this thing. i want this thing NOW.
It's really nice, I like it a lot, but... They're calling it the Continental. Ok, fair enough, but.... No suicide doors.
