Hello, first off thank you for the awesome mod

Here are some issues i found so far:

- The hand brake seems too weak (car rolls in steep hills or in first gear without throttle)
- Arcade automatic revs too low (shifts up too early / shifts down too late) I drive a lot faster in manual
- The winch is VERY slow (not sure if this is intended)

It would also be nice if the winch had a rope like the tow truck mod.
A more powerful engine would also be cool but that's just personal preference

- Yes the handbrake is weak, i tried to get the same hb power like the real car have, but it seems too weak, fixed in next update.
- Thanks, shift rpm's fixed in next update to.
- The winch release speed can i change to fast...

The winch have a magnet this is a future thing, so, well see what can be done with magnet, but atm waiting for the devs to implementing the magnet

my personal version now have the new l tire beam and fixed dashboard shake, now comes yours...

 

I can't figure out how to use the winch

 

hold down - page up or page down and you see the hook is move.... after that is up to you what you do with it.

This is a brilliant mod and i'm glad that the off-road community is finally starting to pick up. One of my biggest suggestions is for the stock versions it would be great to have stock bumpers as opposed to being fully decked out in ARB gear as the only option. some other smaller things that would be nice if possible would be to have street tires as an option, a more tame stock suspension, and a Toyota logo. Again these are only things that I think would be a nice addition to an already excellent mod. Keep up the good work if its still being worked on.

I have the same problem cant figure it out. a very nice car, suspention is not that great for on a trailer but realy nice mod

 

This sounds some old mod is still there, check if have TLC100 folder or old GL83 is there, if have... deleted all and copy this newest GL83 mod.

Requirements:
game version 0.5.5 or newest.
delet all old mod TLC100 and GL83

How do i attatch the winch to things??

 

i really dont know man.

 

Can't attach the winch to anything atm, because the game didn't support atm, but i added magnet to the winch which is a future thing in beamng, and maybe it is comes to be usable in next game update, i hope so.
atm you can put the hook behind something and the hook stuck there...

Front tires break, deleted cache and reinstalled mod. And no, I never installed whatever TLC 100 mod you had.

I'm going to do my best to review car mods with force feedback as the focal point.

What a capable truck! Also, joy of joys, force feedback tends to be pretty realistic! The beefy tires create a a lot of weight to the steering,
However, upon hard cornering (admittedly not what you would be doing with a car such as this) once the tires loose traction the the steering weight cuts off to almost nothing. Of course this is how tires react to loss of traction but the transition point is a bit strange, and I would guess big soft meaty tires would attempt to regain traction during slides. I could be wrong Ive never driven a truck quite like this,

Excellent mod though, the interior is worth praising as well. It is one of the very best of any vehicle in this game.
