Guess this is a bit late but after the update for some reason the FFB feels quite grainy and notchy. I figure it's something to do with the FFB speed settings, but I'm pretty sure they're at default and I'm not sure how to make it better.

The ffb for beamng could be improved a few. Some time ago an dev said that the ffb isn't optimized the best for the 4wd and fwd layouts on cars.

The ffb seems weak at times compared to an perfected ffb in dirt rally.(though this is an comparison of an triple a game developer company and a game made by small company for an early access game.)

I have a Fanatec GT2 with the force correction curve being applied. It's a bit of an improvement over the Logitech wheels (from what I know/heard.) it could be that I'm supposed to be feeling small bumps/nudges, but they don't seem that natural and feel more like a square sine wave. It's on left, off, on right, repeat. It's not great, and it used to be smoother.
The FFB in Dirt Rally is FAAAAR from perfect. Especially on Tarmac. I'm an avid member, and among the other avid members this is an ongoing joke/problem.

Didn't know that. I have played it a few hours and I have used an preset from the workshop by an guy that does rally in real life. What setup do you have?

Most guys are running the Logitech wheels, which are very different from mine. That's not the issue though, tarmac, RX, hillclimb, gravel, mud, ice, snow all have different levels of FFB and different feelings some are good, some are too strong, some are weak, some are weird, and some are great. It's very inconsistent.

im running a g25 with a correction curve applied and the ffb is either way too weak or (when i use higher values) goes absolutely crazy when the car is stationary.
cant seem to find a setting that works well.

Sorry but i don't understand why you want a file and a photo is already attached.
you see my settings for FFB on the photo and if you use the same wheel G27 or G25 you can use this settings for better FFB or compare the FFB with the original settings!

If your framerates are lower than before the update, then that will lead to worse FFB. Try turning off all graphic detail and see if it feels any better.

Hmm. Don't play the game that much to really benchmark it, but I feel like the bit of optimizations you guys did improved framerate. I'm already running fairly low on the graphics, except for model quality.
