I thoroughly love Trophy Trucks. This is exciting. So many memories of MX Unleashed:)

this truck i'm building is more based off of something out of motorstorm like the Springbok Namibia as shown below

    Springbok_namibia_j.jpg Nam_2.jpg

that said, this is my first time using 3ds max or any modeling program so i have no idea what im doing. hopefully everything will go well.

Please make it just rear wheel drive. That is what almost every trophy truck in real life is.

I hated that every trophy truck for ror was 4wd when that is pretty rare in real life.

it will be rear wheel drive.
if you want to see a whole class of wheel drive race trucks, it's called pro4

Also, unmodified VW Beetles also have their own class. Do you see them in every Baja race?

Googling pro4 only gets me bike parts, motherboards, and short course trucks.

I think you're confusing trophy trucks with short course trucks.

This is a short course truck, a pro4:

    These are trophy trucks:

None of the trophy trucks have drive shafts for the front wheels. I can't even find one that has, even though I'm trying.
The bars in between the control arms are just the steering rods

most trophy trucks are 2 wheel drive. you will only see 4 wheel drive in trucks if the suspension is fully independent.
very rarely will you see a 4 wheel drive trophy truck with independent front and a solid rear in the back

the one i am making is going to be 2 wheel drive.
if i get enough requests i will do a 4 wheel drive version as well

as for that i might request some help with the scripts for this truck
as i said before i have no idea what i am doing and i have no idea how to get a car in game

also inb4 gabester or ljfhutch screaming to me to re-edit my backwards-ass poly's

i'm going to need some help with the scripts or anims for this truck i will also need help with putting this thing in game when it comes out.
