    I remember the devs said there would be a dirt-ness type of thing on the cars, so thats probably a yes to the question. I doubt it will be any time soon though.

    EDIT: just re-read what you wrote, and I realised you wrote that.
    You can probably make scratches the same way you have skidmarks, so it should be that hard.
