volevo provare a fare qualcosa anch'io ma quell'altro palermitano di nadeox ci avrà già pensato ahaha I can't wait to see the italian translation of the game
For stuff like this, going for a 'liberal translations' should be fine. For example, in Italian we do not have a word for 'FreeRoaming'. So I translated that into 'Guida Libera' which is literally 'Free Driving'. You can see the context from this box on the right side:
liberties that make sense seem fine to me. But this google translate malarkey has to stop, it's never correct and honestly I'd rather play a game that doesn't have my language than one crappily translated. guys. If you're translating the game and don't know the language, you are doing more harm than good, stop it.
Hello, i've translated the game to Romanian 100%. I'm a native Romanian speaker and when i've finished Highschool last year i got English B2 as foreign language qualification. So no worries there :3
We want to involve the community with this, this is the reason. We'll try to control the quality by cross checking like you did. We can also have trusted responsible persons for a language if that is required at some point.
Yeah, I started the Polish translation and also did a lot and I dont want it to be ruined by someone who dont even know this language
Please report the guys here that do not do quality translations, we'll remove/ban them after investigating then.
Understandable and I appreciate your goodwill, but actally this makes it harder for us, who care about quality and for you, as we both (translators and BeamNG staff) have to double chceck it, aint that waste of time? Going through all strings in all languages this is quite a lot of work and time, and checking from time to time if somebody didn't wanted to make fun and doing some minor mistakes you may not notice, like changing from ó to o, ł to l most peoples wound't notice that, but in game that could look just bad. My suggestion is to assign like 2-3 supervisors to each language still everybody could translate by suggesting translations, which supervisor could accept. ^UP: Roger.
I did my absolute best with the German even having to use slightly different phrasing to keep the meanings the same, because if you say something in English its not always the same translation in German, its the syntax of the wording that I am looking into to see what I can adjust there to get as close a match as I could, I am still learning so allow for mistakes okay this is my first time doing this so be accepting of that
Trying to translate turkish but some of the words and expressions cannot be completely translated, and some words are unnecessary. Is it ok to change some words?

But you have to be sure that you did it 100% right. Not 'hoping' that you did it right. Also , you said that you're using the translator yesterday , which simply isn't good , nor allowed. If you want to contribute anything , try to make suggestions and let everyone check it. But avoid overwriting somebody else's translation when you're not 100% sure with the language.
I gone through the whole German translation, you did a lot of grammar fails. And now German is 100 % translated correctly --- Post updated --- I also suggested Austrian as a Language.
Damn I knew something would let me down....the grammar xD but thanks for helping me sort out my own grammar mistakes...I thought if I rephrased it in english it would make it better in german ah well at least I have learned
