If you try to make all of those squares into nodes (for the Jbeam), you will literally kill your computer. Look at real Jbeam examples. There are significantly fewer nodes.

What modeling software are you using for the model?

All the pictures you've shown appear to just be the ones on the website where it is listed for sale.

Poly count and flow is way wrong for BeamNG, nor do you want to rip a JBeam direct from the model.

and the pictures you have shown are instead directly from the site, and even have the same name as those images.

I'll ask again as well, what modeling program are you using anyeway?

Also from the poly flow on this and just about every other model on their site, it almost looks like their models are 3d scans rather than someone using actual proper modeling techniques to make them.

Until you actually show pictures from inside "your" modeling program, which at this point, I and probably a few others even doubt it's existence, no one is going to really take you seriously.

How about stop pretending to be making mods by buying models off of one website for $75? If you are doing something to actually make a mod out of this, you have my gratitude. But it looks like the only progress you made is the buying process, so I currently don't have any for you.

Just a quick question, is it legal for you to redistribute this model (AKA upload the mod to the forum) or would that violate their rules? Because in the terms and conditions of what the customer can NOT do it says this... "The customer may not redistribute product or modifications/parts of the product"
I'm not good with files related to 3D modeling so i'm not sure if this just means something different, can someone clear that up for me please?

But i'm guessing the actual file of the car will also be sent in the BeamNG mod file (Without it we wouldn't see anything in game) the Node/Beam (Jbeam) system is not related to the mesh that you have purchased. You would still technically be uploading the file that you have been told is illegal to upload... unless i have got it wrong.

Yeah you got it right, he can't use the model for the mod, but the mod is never gonna be released, so it doesn't really matter.

But all the hard work you are going to put into it will be wasted, if it's true that it's illegal by uploading the mesh (which would be inevitable unless you plan to make a new mesh from scratch... which you wont, because you just bought one). It will just get taken down for infringement.

Because he hates us. He wants to see the forums fall apart. Or he just finds it funny. I honestly find his idiocy hilarious. And probably shouldn't.

jzion03, the only reason that you are getting crapped on is because YOU DIDN'T SHOW PROGRESS. You only showed us a model. Getting someone's model and putting those images of it on here doesn't count. Show us your progress. Stop with the pretending that you can't show us and aren't able. If you REALLY aren't able, you didn't do this mod in the first place.

Oh, so you are already there at the dealership? Or is this the same crappy excuse like before? STOP MAKING THIS A BLOG AND SHOW US YOUR MOD PROGRESS. Show us your modelling program. The only deal you are getting is the "herb" dealer in the back alley, along with his "herb chanbers" for smoking the herb.
