Brake power and distribution, tire pressure

Has it strook anyone else that the brakes overall are too sensitive and also looks the rear brakes way to easy?

When i go for hotlapping; tarmac, gravel or whatever, one of the first things i change is the brake power and its front/rear distribution. I need to adjust it quite alot in order for it to lock up the brakes at what i feel is decent, say at about 90-95% pressed brake pedal. Also the distribution seems like its to much on the rear brakes, making every touch of the brake pedal send ou thte rear end. Anyone lese do this? Ive looked at changing the pedal settings too but went for car tuning instead.

Another thing ive thought about a few times, not getting the feel just about right IMO, is the tire pressure.
Its usually at 28(?) PSI ingame, is that above atmospheric pressure or true pressure (atmospheric pressure is always about 1 bar/15psi)? raising it slightly helps with the twitchyness than can be experienced. Normal tire pressure for normal, not race/drag/drift tires, is usually between 2.2-2.5 bar or 32-36 PSI. Race tires im not sure about but im fairly certain they run about 2 bar or 30 PSI but have greater tire side reinforcement so that they dont move sideways so much.

 

Yeah, brakes tend to be set up unusually in most vehicles. Stock brakes usually aren't too oversteery, but race brakes definitely are. Most race cars can be significantly improved by decreasing brake force and adjusting bias. Tire pressure is set relative to atmospheric pressure at sea level I believe, and the tuning menu shows you your tire pressure relative to ambient pressure I think. On maps like Automation you are significantly above sea level, so these numbers don't match up.
