Absolutely nothing, the anti-squat used the torsion of the drivetrain to force the rear axle down. It wouldn't do anything on the rear axle of a FWD car, and It would require a solid front axle to work on the front axle, which would be as unproductive as you would imagine. Only solid axles and multi-link (sort of) can take advantage of anti-squat, so there's no good way to put it on a FWD car.

Edit: This image shows the basic concept of it. You can see why it wouldn't work too well with FWD.

I think he means something like this. In Rigs of Rods you can see the side of the truck in the mirror, unlike Bng were you can't see the car's reflection. I think that's just a limitation in Beams engine but I will say that they look (kind of) more realistic in Beam. The reflection bends because the curve of the mirror.

I know. But Gabe just said they were now thinking about releasing the Wendover as a coupe since there are no FWD coupes. The C/H-body (much like the A body which is what the LeGran is heavily based on) is very rare when it came to coupes, and the Bonneville never even had an available coupe. Plus, the 1G H bodies only had a single engine and transmission. The early W's had several engines and quite a few had a manual.

The W bodies, on the other hand have had coupes make up a significant amount of production for over a decade after launch, and several engine options (including the Supercharged 3.8) and 4 transmission options. And performance/sporty models were far more prevalent. This is in addition to a typical midsize US model that is more modern than the LeGran, but the game lacks so far (like an old pessima/new pessima dynamic).

Edit: There was concern about the Wendover being "too similar" to the LeGran, and that makes some sense. BeamNG going this route would make the final product more modern than the original (thus differentiating it from the LeGran), giving the LeGran a successor just like the 90s Pessima (which makes sense as the GM-10/W was GM's planned replacement for the A body, and Taurus competitor) and a vehicle with a significant amount of production being coupes/sporty models.

No, why would it be? It's still an SBR4, just electric.

We know it is getting a facelift. Considering it looks like a modern/near future electrical system and the current SBR4 is 2013, this might be a 2020ish model year. Could go either way IMO.

Its possible as they recently made tweaks to the body to make the wheelbase wider. Normally when I re-visit old work with new eyes I find many things want to improve. (thats just me)

Now we just need a V10 or a really big V8, and the Gavril D-series lineup will be complete!

Well, except for that long bed we're never going to get, but since we know we're never going to get an official one, that sounds like something a modder could take care of without worrying about lore conflicts.
