Oh don't worry, I seem to have fixed it. Must have been that I had to delete the keyframe before changing the tick on the emitter. But thanks anyways!
WIP Merceds benz 300d. this one is looking a lot better than my other cars since I tried a different strategy. Instead of making a lowpoly body then making a high poly body out of the lowpoly body I modeled piece by piece so every piece is separate and scraped the lowpoly way and just went straight high poly. I know you are supposed to make a lowpoly one first but that takes too long and this one looks fine. here it is in blender eevee. it still needs wheels and some other small details but I have to body down so far. the chrome looks darker but thats just because the hdri. Any tips are welcome
Now my Mercedes 300d w123 is finished. here are the renders sketchfab https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/mercedes-benz-300d-w123-8ba814a14e2e41dab69f127bdbf222d8
I have used Blender for a few years now. I usually make environments, natural and man made. Sometimes infrastructure such as roads, bridges, etc. Here is a T-34 85 that I made a while back: Clay render: And here is a cable-stayed bridge: (By the way, this is all on my YT channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvoZjXD8XF5LkzHYtGGv0Zw/) What I haven't done much of are vehicles, though. Maybe that is something I will tackle in the future.
Did few partly fictional vehicles, both still need some work to do. 90s French sedan | 8 hours and 9 000 polys Early 90s hatchback | 6 hours and 7 700 polys
Race chassis. Engine held in the domed cage at the back, just over the rear axle. Body panels bolted on. No it's not a top fuel dragster, the cockpit is the flat area in front of the engine carriage and will be covered in a three piece Plexiglas window and glassfibre roof panel. 2nd image with stated glassfibre roof panel/window assembly. I'll probably dedicate a thread to my chassis designs (and other shit, i'm taking requests via PM) so I don't clog this one up with my crazy fast changes.
I've made these (they are videos and I don't know how to post them without needing to be downloaded) --- Post updated --- I've also made a very very good animation (the file is too big to post here) which was included in my TED Talk. Link of which is in my signature. --- Post updated --- And I jsut finished this
