Not that I'm putting you down or anything, but the mod does look too much like a modernization body kit for the vanilla 200BX for me to think it's a 2019 model, but it looks great and can definitely suit someone's tastes. Just a suggestion, but perhaps you can make a new body type for the vanilla 200BX that more resembles something modern. If you look at 1980s/90s model Japanese cars to today in the US, the design sort of went from boxy and conservative to more curvy and slightly bulkier. Look at the Corolla (boy, has it put on some weight, am I right?). I know not everyone is an expert on modeling, Jbeam, skinning, and whatnot, but it's just a suggestion. Maybe a car that is based off of the FRS family can suit this mod better?

Sorry about disappearing for this long (real life got ultra busy), this is not dead, I will hopefully release it in January. Don't expect it to be anything major, it's only my first mod. I'd rather make this simple and then start something totally different. But yeah, expect this in late january UPDATE: yes i am currently working on it.
This looks like a car from a movie released in 1995, and the movie took place in 2020, so they took a regular 1992 or so 200BX and added stuff to it so it would look "futuristic". Mod looks cool, though.
