I once tried making one .zip folder and putting all vehicles in one, and the sounds of engines messed up, but overall it was okay.

just put the file folders at the right place. copy/cut folders at the following structure
    the folder structure is:
-(.zip name here)\vehicles\ *car name ex: 2019_toyota_celica*
-(.zip name)\art\engine\ *very long random number*
-(zip name)\art\blends\ *same random number as previous*
note again: copy the folder and paste at same structure not paste it inside another car folder
    example:
    ford_GT40_mk1.zip\vehicles\ford_GT40_MK1
    ford_gt40_mk1.zip\art\engine\064HGF784JTHGY57FH493JANC0K
    ford_gt40_mk1.zip\art\blends\064HGF784JTHGY57FH493JANC0K.sfxblend2D.json
    then
take all BOLDED files the paste it on the .zip pack you want.again paste at same structure Alongside other cars in the pack
