You already asked this and he already answered your question. Please stop asking. He said that he will add a short bus later on.

Just change the toe settings until you get the front wheels perfectly straight. There's also a center steering adjustment thing that is also in the tuning menu. Good luck.

This mod is kinda still a mess. Among other things, it has no rear brakes, the door Jbeams also aren't very stable, parts randomly break due to jbeam instability, and the steering is unusable with FFB. Even when it is properly centered, it is still very heavy. Unfortunate, considering it's the only school bus mod currently. Most of these problems should be a relatively quick fix, although I know hunting down Jbeam instabilities will probably take several weeks.

I absolutely love this bus! I have been driving this thing for almost a year, and I have put at least 500 (virtual) miles over time. I ride an IC CE 200+300 everyday right now, I have learned a lot about these buses. If you would not mind, I would have a couple of suggestions that I have formed over these drives:

    1. Instrument Cluster redux: The current state of the interior is excellent, but the driver seat is in dire need of some modification. Most school buses (IC's) use a gauge system similar to the T-Series. 85 mph speedo, 3k RPM Tach, air pressure gauges (if installed), trans & water temp, volt meter, etc. I would not use the H-Series cluster, it just looks too... unbelonging. Changing the camera to the new driver setting would be good too. Also, shorten the steering column.

    2. Ride height: The stock bus is still a little too low to clear most inclines or railroad crossings without serious damage. Most buses should get about 10% grade before scraping. Just 2 more inches higher and maybe 1 foot off the back would help with this.

    3. Brake Pressure: It is too strong in the current state. Maybe try reducing it so it will not lock up at 20% brake application. ABS would also be helpful to mitigate the lock up. Brake thermals, however, are perfect.

    4. Drivetrain: This is a little harder to define, but currently trans gearing is too scattered. 2nd needs to be taller (only slightly) and the 3rd lockup is too extreme. If the 2nd gear is given a little bit more use, the 6th should not bog the bus down on the highway. Engine power is ok, but 977 lb-ft is a little too much. The DT466 was pushing 500-600 lb-ft at most and a VT365 would barely crack 400 lb-ft. A base V8 diesel (VT365/6.0 Powerstroke) would be a cool addition, perhaps similar to the Dansworth powertrain mod that we had until last year. The turning circle is also a little too big, there should be another 20 or so degrees total in the rack. The animation of the steering wheel also needs to be fixed, it only rotates 400 degrees, which doesn't look great.

Just a few suggestions to make this great mod excellent.

    Thanks for the mod!!

The stopping lights for this mod really bother me. The fact that they instead function as turn signals and running lights are inaccurate. I'm not sure if it's totally possible to customize this to make it function as it should, but I think it would be a great improvement if this were fixed.
This video shows the proper flash pattern that these lights have.

Alternating Amber: Bus will soon stop. Be prepared to stop.
Alternating Red: Bus is loading/unloading. Stop and do not proceed until the lights are no longer active.
(I needed a good excuse to use the text editing .-.)
The stop signs in this video appear to be a flashing text. Not all buses in the US use this method. Most use simple alternating lights, just as the ones that are already used in this mod.

Instead of using the turn signals and head lights for the lighting, I suggest using the emergency lights option. When only the lights should be active, the Amber lights can alternate just as they would on a normal light bar. When the siren and lights should be active, the red stopping lights should be active and alternating. I think this would be a great improvement to the realism of the mod, and would really appreciate seeing this fix. Thanks for your time, and keep up the great work!
