I wouldn't worry too much; I have an i5 with a full hard drive too :D The visual side of things depends more on how powerful your graphics card is.

If they'd release a tech demo or something we can all see how playable BNG is...

No, first they said there will be 'something new' at the end of January. Users here kept asking 'will there be something playable' and tdev kept saying 'stay tuned', 'stay tuned'. Now, it's almost June and where was the need for us to 'stay tuned'? Why don't they release something like a paid tech demo? This way, users can donate, and they can check if it works on their PC both together... Aaand, users can report bugs. Users can have some fun. And the forums don't get riddled with beggings anymore. So much advantages for both devs and (future) BeamNG users. People like Mythbuster can actually put their cars in-game. Like the new Caddy Mythbuster is making. With a tech demo, he can put the Cadillac in-game and get rid of bugs. And he can develop it faster and better. Isn't that enough reasons to put a little demo up for us all? People can make videos about it. Big YouTubers like MotoGamesTV who has alot of subs can make videos about the demo, so more people get to know BeamNG so the BeamNG devs can make some money. Eventually, that's better for us all, because the more money the devs make the more DLC and content gets released.

I do not think you all would want to play a techdemo that crashes all the time? ;)

Seriously, we need the time to fix things up, its not just the icing we are doing atm.

Also, we just upgraded to Torque 3.0 which took another day of work.

I would pay for that xD. I payed for WarZ which was full of bugs and it crashed everytime you were killed with the inventory full of weapons, so I just opened the game again and continued playing
