Not yet, I have never done this before so I'll have to figure out how to do it. Yes, there will be regular and hydrodrive hubs to choose on all wheels. Right now the hydrodrive hubs aren't functional yet.
It's a beautiful mod, I like all your work, MRcrash I found the best and most pretty (detailed) way to such gauge lights is to actually model them in Blender. It's a pain but the result is very pleasing. Then I assign them with custom electrics.values in a lua file and as glow maps.

I have a texture file with all the icons, so I guess I can just add few square faces to the model and set up uv's for each one.

OMG just learned about this mod and it's so what I am waiting for, suspension on the cab, offroad capability, 4x4 and a MAN that's just cool! Can't wait.

I don't think BeamNG has support for nearly all of those, there can't be working warning light unless there is some function that makes it lit and that would be lot of light turning on for wrong function or lot of non functional lights unless some custom code is made to create such function. So my guess is that not all lights will be functional.
