Second rendering of the day with a HDRI background Always in 4K, always with the glass I've made today. What do you think about it, compared to the other one?
It looks good, but the "table" is in a weird position. If you keep embellishing it with stuff like plates and cutlery, maybe even a flat napkin under the plates you could get something really good looking out of it.
managed to bust the rim of a trailer tire by inflating it with a floor pump. now i've got to hunt for new wheels, and probably a set of tires for it.
Done something… It's a modelled plate, but it seems quite flat… I don't actually know how to make better chrome now
If you're using Cycles, I'd recommend using the Node Editor to create a mix shader, and link it to a diffuse shader and a glossy shader. Change the settings on the mix shader to tune the plate's appearance. Worthwhile links for further research: (the plugin on the latter video is apparently part of more recent Blender versions)
Thank you for the advices. I'm a newbie using any 3D modeling program (using 3DS Max now), so I don't actually know some terms you said, but I'll surely watch the videos you've linked! When I'll have some free time I'll come back and tweak the materials (which are probably the most complex stuff for me, as well as knowing where to start to create stuff ) and make them as realistic as I can…
I wouldn't really say that. It's more like the new gen Fiesta scenario, where the new gen looks similar to where the last gen left off.
#NailedIt #Photorealism Spoiler On second thoughts, maybe I should leave this stuff to the game engines xD
I wonder how difficult it can be to buy some motorized transportation, there I have spent almost two days of getting nowhere with it, people keep hiding major issues and pricing way over the value, really annoying, especially when good ones disappear within an hour from market.
