Give us time, the forum isn't our job. Regardless, could you screenshot the errors? Sounds like you're doing something wrong. Also give us full computer specs.

The program can't start because X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing from your computer
    and:
Unable to load game library C:\Ryan\Desktop\BeamNG-Techdemo-0.3\BeamNGSandbox.x86.dll. Please make sure it exists and the latest DirectX is installed.

First error, install directX 9. Second error, disable your firewall and antivirus and then reinstall the game.

Next time, don't make a support thread without providing information. Lets take my car as an example, there is something wrong with it, can you fix it? The answer is of course no because I didn't tell you what was wrong or what car it is.

That is directX 11.2 not DirectX 9. DirectX versions ARE NOT backward compatible. In order to have DirectX9 you need to install DirectX9, not 10, not 11, not 12 (ok, thats not out yet) but 9.

So is that the same for those C++ redistributable things? Is that why every program installs directX, and that C++ thing?

Were did anyone say you cannot install directX9?

Go to the microsoft site, download, install, done. DX9, 10 and 11 all go into seperate folders and do not over-write one another

Yeah its the same for the redist packages, although sometimes you can co-erce software into running on a different redist package.

I don't want to take the risk with some of the people on these forums. Bumping a thread is as frowned upon as Russian mods.

I'd say a bump is more than 2 weeks, unless someone who was originally part of the discussion starts it up again where it left off.
