I wonder if we will ever see an earlier predecessor to the ETK 800? say something like the E46 or E36 3 series, maybe as a coupe.
Yeah but a bit smaller. The 2400i is more along the lines of a 5 series while the 800 is closer to the 3 series at least that's how I see it. Something like the old school M3s would be cool.
"Plans but no confirmation" I'm not actually sure what that means. They want to but might not go through with it?
Often there are many plans, but also sometimes plans get scrapped, that is quite universal situation with almost anything.
Apparently, this wheel (the Ibishu AeroTec 16x7) got released in 0.16. It looks fairly modern, especially for an Ibishu wheel, and typically whenever we've had wheels like this appear in the game (Miramar and Autobello), the cars have appeared within a couple updates. I'm not sure what kind of car this would correlate to, but I reckon it's fairly sporty/"sportified".
Second this; I know someone's config pack adds a sports version of the newer Pessima called "Aero-Tec".
Is it just me or could the new fire station in Italy hint at an official fire truck in the future? Also, remember the model for a mattress prop that was found in the game's files? That could be part for an update with a fire truck, because the mattress could be used for saving people from heights incase of a fire in the building.
A dedicated fire truck would be such a low return on investment, which would be a bad idea with the game getting closer to having a career mode. It is possible we will see fire department vehicles other than ladder trucks, especially if we get a medium duty truck in game. While we are discussing it, are European fire stations normally that big? That station dwarfs even the biggest ones in my area.
I maintain that a low-cab-forward cabover truck like the 1957-1990 Ford C-series (Yes - that model lasted 33 years with only very subtle changes), would provide the development team much flexibility in career mode. They were used for everything from ladder trucks to urban delivery to garbage collection:
