Car Lighting at Night Clipped Texture

    I got this when driving at night, and the settings is shown

    Running safe mode(mod disabled) and cleared cache
    My spec is Nvidia GTX1050Ti(driver 391.01then upgrade to430.64), Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 8GB DDR4 RAM Windows 10.

    Super common rendering issue in games. Its to do with how transparencies are rendered. Generally in games semi-transparent objects require multiple pixels to be drawn at the same point, and so they have to be drawn either before or after the rest of the image. In this case we get z depth render issues. There are multiple ways around this but its rather involved and the devs haven't seemed to invest the time yet! I'm reeeeally hoping it's just a matter of, "yet" though!
