I think You understood. Unless we're mentioning Tesla autopilot, other cars cannot have it. Dummies are not for realism. Someone is alwaus required to drive even with ABS and parking sensors. But a Tesla car can drive BY itself; thus when it crashes, no victims aboard.
Ah, well I understand now. But the whole point of my post discounted the horror of that realism when I said that I don't want to coat the insides of my Burnside red. I certainly do not want victims! A dummy would provide a good enough analogy to a real person that it would be sufficient enough for me at least. Plus, we could add neat statistics to that dummy. Right now it is like all of the cars have autopilot, which is not good enough.
That still doesn’t really make sense. First off, BeamNG has no drivers in cars currently, which you would hopefully know. Dummies could be used for crash testing purposes, of course they can’t drive. Second, Teslas can’t actually drive by themselves, they’re close, but not quite there, and even if they fully could, they still wouldn’t drive around with no passengers, so if it crashes, there would be victims.
I feel they could make an app like the default destruction app (usually in the bottom left corner). It would show broken bones, blood spills and bruises when they occur. You could choose the different overlays (respiratory, bones, digestive, nerves.) This could show you if they have died or not, and at the end you could press a button that tells you exactly what happened. (what bones broke, status of whether they're dead or not.) It would show you what happened, without having to have an actual person in the driver seat. The different overlays could be like this The app would be like this one: But with the overlays
That is exactly what I was talking about. This would be brilliant, just use dummies as analogs and let the data speak for itself.
It would be like in myth-busters where they place the different sensors in the different areas of the dummie
That's all I want to mention. ...and all Tesla cars have a CPU than can even process the full automated drive !!! (for real) Now, no matter if this doesnt' make sense (for You) Yet.--- Post updated --- There are no dummies in cars. Just one vehicle with a single one aboard is the Gnat Helicopter.
I’m guessing language is a barrier here. And Teslas aren’t fully autonomous. They’re close. They cannot drive purely on their own. Other than that, I think I’ll leave this discussion alone. I feel like we’re just going in circles.
Yes, THEY can. Just a software update is needed to do that. I'm gonna stop runnin' on the roundabout... --- Post updated --- Just download it as u want to; DH super Gnat is compatible with the latest version of the game, with a DUMMY included; not like the UH-60 Blackhawk that it's outdated for the version 0.15.0.3.7624 .
