Unsolved Looking for an LED lights mod I used to have

A few months ago I had a mod I really enjoyed.

It added a bunch of LEDs to the game. The ones I remember most added a bunch to the pickup truck (including led strips on the side)

They were all sorts of colors too, red, blue, white, and even green & purple.

I can NOT figure out what it was called, maybe it's gone now.

 

is it the “gavril LEDs” mod?
