**SOLVED** Unusable Orbit Camera Angle

My default orbit camera angle has lowered significantly and i cannot find an option to change it, it is now impossible to drive effectively with this camera angle. Installed no new mods, just launched the game a day later than the last time and now my camera does this.

 

The Pigeon causes some camera angle wackiness last time I checked. Could that be related?

 

Yes, i spawned a pigeon and it broke the camera for all vehicles spawned from the origin. Spawning a separate vehicle then deleting the old one fixes it, thanks.
