The Chevrolet Tahoe is not sold in Europe (including Italy), so I doubt you will be able to appear with that vehicle in the next episode taking place in the European country (secondary vehicle likely to be used instead). Take that advice from the author of the Tahoe mod (don't ask how my mod ended up on third-party websites, someone likely leaked it for all I know).
