Known problem, not a great fix. Really, this type of thing (as far as I know) is up to Apple and their App Store and the game developers.
The developers of BeamNG are most certainly not involved in this at all. It could, and probably is the case that the rights of BeamNG are being infringed by immoral developers on the Apple platform. Apple does take IP infringement seriously, and if BeamNG's team wants to, they could report it to Apple or send a DMCA request if appropriate and said issue would be dealt with. In short, don't blame BeamNG, blame the scummy developers of the crappy apps.
I have noticed it mostly with car games on the app store. Most likely they put pictures of beamng crashes to make their game look like the most amazing app ever. After all, we all know how realistic beamng is.

Sadly, judging by the number of threads I see made about this exact problem, it seems to happen constantly. Mobile gaming is stupid enough without sleazy developers uploading these bootleg apps to get money from kids.
The best thing you can do is to report/flag the app. If enough people do that it will get noticed and likely taken down.
