Not sure why but a lot of the trucks I downloaded don't seem to work in game... Little help please and thanks?>

 

I can't find any of these maps in-game, and I tried putting them in the repo folder and still nothing. can anyone help me?

edit only fire and ice racing shows up

 

Only the trucks from the 1.16 work, all others (From what I know) are from 1.15 meaning they are gonna be black or they don't have any body at all

Put them in the "Mods" folder, not the repo folder.

 

It shouldn’t make any difference. I put everything in the repo folder and I have never had any issues

 

So, i wanted to ask. Does anybody else have insane problems with this game?

Like, i love this game to death, but holy F is it unoptimized as hell. I have a GTX 1060, and an I7-7700HQ, and on the lowest settings, all options off with no V-SYNC, i get 25 fps and my system runs at 85celsius for the GPU and 94 for the CPU (dangerous temperatures, near shut down).

Like, there's no excuse for any game to run my system that ragged, not even games like Far Cry 5 max settings make my CPU and GPU go over 80celsius and i get 60fps in them. Any fixes for this stuff?

 

That's not normal at all. Launch the game in safe mode and see if your frame rate improves, it may be broken mods spamming errors in the background

 

Thanks for the reply, i'll try that. As i said, i can run some of the most demanding games max settings and get 45-60 fps so, you can understand my frustration. Will try that and get back to you!

Double check theres no duplicates anywhere. Remove all version of my maps, and redownload them and place them in mods folder only. Repo folder is meant for mods you are subscribed to from within this website.

How much RAM do you have? This game is heavily RAM dependent as well. Check Nvidia control panel and make sure those settings arent overridding the games settings. I've seen that happen before.

 

16gb, shouldn't be having any issues. Will check Nvidia

Nothing i've tried fixes it. Tried safe mode, tried Nvidia control, nothing. I just don't understand. I'm on lowest setting too.

 

You mean every single map you made, or just the ones i downloaded? if it is all of them, then idk what you made and what you didn't make

 

How do I get rid of that path?
